This Delightful converted Stable has been converted to a
high standard into a lovely self catering cottage on
Treliver Farm in the heart
of the Cornish countryside. It still holds many of its
original features. The Cosynook offers peace and quiet yet
is still within a short drive of many of Cornwall's popular
attractions. The Eden Project, Newquay's Sealife Centre,
Bodmin Moor and numerous National Trust properties and
gardens are all within a short drive, or stay and enjoy the
90 acres of land with its beautiful countryside views.
The accommodation which is furnished and equipped to a high
standard, offers: Large open plan living area with slate
flooring, TV with built-in DVD. Kitchen/diner with
electric cooker, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Onthe first
floor are two Bedrooms (one double and one twin) accessed
via an open tread stair case) and a beautifully appointed
and good sized bathroom with WC. Outside is a suntrap garden
and patio area with garden furniture. Bed linen, electric
and full central heating included. No Smoking or pets.
